Honeypot Talents Merch

Honeypot wanted the developers on its platform to recommend it. I led the merch programme in-house: a box sent to developers, everything inside it, an Instagram filter to see how people reacted when it arrived, and a catalogue so other teams could order their own. The referral rate went up 160%.

01

What's in the box

The box went out to developers on the platform: a tote, socks, slippers, a beanie, pins, a phone grip, and a card under the lid that says You did it!

The hoodie people kept

Honeypotters liked it enough that it became the official swag for company photos.

03

A filter to see who opened it

An Instagram filter shipped with the box, so we could see how talents reacted to the brand once the package arrived.

A catalogue so other teams could order their own

The box worked well enough that everyone wanted merch. Rather than become a bottleneck, I built a catalogue any colleague could order from for events and celebrations.
